EMDR Consultation

Basic training provides the foundation, but ongoing consultation is where we refine our skills, deepen our understanding, and grow in confidence as EMDR therapists. Whether you are newly trained, working toward certification, or seeking support with more complex cases, consultation offers an opportunity to continue developing as a clinician.

My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can ask questions, deepen your understanding, make mistakes, and strengthen your confidence in your work. I place a strong emphasis on Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) Theory and case conceptualization, as these are the foundation of effective EMDR therapy. Whether you are working toward certification or simply looking to strengthen your clinical practice, a solid understanding of all eight phases of EMDR therapy is essential for approaching each client with greater confidence, flexibility, and effectiveness.
